Seat Construction

The platform is traditionally built using 8-way hand tied springs with 50mm rubberised horsehair, two layers of cotton and one layer of silk. The seat cushions have a soft foam core with a 70% down/30% feather wrap.

Back Construction

A fixed back with 8-way hand tied springs, topped with a 75mm layer of rubberised horsehair and layers of cotton & silk.

Leg Finish

Beech legs polished to a Robert Langford standard colour - Ebony, Wenge, Cool Brown, Fruitwood or Cherry. Bespoke finish possible (POA)

Glide style

Either felt pads (hard flooring) or nylon glides (carpeting)

Finish Details

Top stitched carcass and piped cushions.

DELIVERY POLICY

RETURNS POLICY

1. Returns: We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receipt of the package. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns will be the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, such as personalised or custom items, will be marked as such on the product page.
5. How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@sutherlandinteriors.ie with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
6. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.
